IV. How to Manage Your Information
(1) Personal Information Query, Correction, and Personal Information Copy Request

You can then query and make corrections, additions, or obtain copies of the relevant information. We will process your request within 15 working days.
(2) Deletion of Your Personal Information
You can request the deletion of personal information in the following situations:
If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations.
If we collect and use your personal information without obtaining your consent.

If you no longer use Cyber Realm services or you have deactivated your account.
If we no longer provide Cyber Realm services to you.

If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify third parties who have obtained your personal information from us to promptly delete it unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations or unless the third party has obtained your separate authorization. After you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information in the backup system, but we will delete this information when the backup is updated.
(3) Account Deactivation
You have the right to deactivate your Cyber Realm service account. We provide a means for you to request the deactivation of your Cyber Realm service account. After you deactivate your Cyber Realm service account, you will no longer be able to log in and use Cyber Realm services with this account. Any rights that have been generated but not yet consumed under this account during the use of Cyber Realm services will be cleared. Content, information, data, records, etc., associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized (except as otherwise required by laws and regulations or regulatory authorities). Once the deactivation of the Cyber Realm service account is completed, it cannot be undone.
The processing period for account deactivation is 15 working days.
When you choose to deactivate your Cyber Realm service account, or when circumstances listed in the "User Service Agreement" for each individual service of Cyber Realm occur, or in cases specified by laws and regulations, your Cyber Realm service account will be deactivated. After the account is deactivated, we will, in accordance with your request, delete your personal information, except as otherwise required by laws and regulations.
